This Gents C40A waiting train movement has just undergone a complete restoration and is now in full working condition,
It is serial number 376 and was complete apart from the advance handle and the toggle damper which have both been made by me. A wheel diode has also been fitted to the contacts to reduce sparking and increase the life of the contacts.
Although not shown in the pictures below it is complete with its original pendulum and is in full working condition. It has been on test in my workshop for 2 months now without issue.
